Interested in the role of specific dietary components on cholesterol and lipoprotein metabolism. Current projects are focused on 1) Post-prandial lipoprotein metabolism in humans, 2) Nutritional aspects of palm oil, and 3) Dietary and lifestyle changes and how they impact health in different ethnic groups.
