Thank you for your interest in our Graduate program. Graduate offerings in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science include Master of Arts (MA), Master of Science (MS) and the Doctoral degree (PhD). The Master's programs include formal lectures, a research project and the writing of a research essay or thesis. The PhD program requires extensive course work and a dissertation based on original laboratory research.
We only admit students to start in the Fall semester. For Ph.D. students who would like to be considered for financial support: all applications and supporting documentation must be received by February 1, 2015 to begin in the Fall semester starting mid August, 2015.
