Timothy Carter, Assistant Professor

Professor Carter conducts research and teaches in the area of international relations. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester in the summer of 2005. His dissertation examined United Nations peacekeeping interventions, and he is currently preparing two articles from his dissertation for publication. His interests also include political methodology and game theory. Some of his recent work combines these interests with research examining the empirical estimation of grame theoretic models.
